Cell values are enhanced reflectance values from the NOAA/AVHRR 
sensors.  The dataset was developed during generation of the Max 
NDVI image by including the AVHRR bands in the compositing 
process, thus minimizing the amount of clouds.  The red band is 
an enhancement of AVHRR channel 2 (near IR), the green band is 
the AVHRR channel 1 (Visible red), and the blue band (visible 
green) was estimated using the AVHRR channels 1 and 2.
